DIRECTIONS FROM LONDON/COLCHESTER

Take the A134 from Colchester towards Sudbury. As you cross the Suffolk border turn right on the B1087 for Nayland and Stoke by Nayland. Just as you are leaving Nayland turn left into Gravel Hill, continue for 1.2 miles. After a sharp right bend there is a sharp left bend, here take the concrete to the right (effectively straight on) We are 50 yards along on the right.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM BURY ST EDMUNDS/SUDBURY

Take the A134 and turn left for Stoke by Nayland on the B1068. After passing the Stoke by Nayland Golf Club, continue for 0.8 mile. At a small crossroads signed ‘Stoke Tye’ (to the left) turn right signed ‘By Road’. Continue for 0.6 mile to the bottom of the hill, at a sharp right hand bend turn left along a concrete drive. We are 50 yards along on the right.

 

DIRECTIONS FROM IPSWICH

Take the B1068 to Stoke by Nayland, wind through the village passing the school on your left and out the other side. At a small crossroads signed ‘Stoke Tye’ (the the right) turn left signed ‘By Road’. Continue for 0.6 mile to the bottom of the hill, at a sharp right hand bend turn left along a concrete drive. We are 50 yards along on the right.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO SATNAV USERS

 

Some satnavs will want to take you along a lane halfway between Nayland and Stoke by Nayland on the B1087. This is a footpath, please use Gravel Hill in Nayland.
